Once your Beyond Pricing account is linked to your RentalReady account, you can connect your properties with Beyond Pricing from the marketplace.
On the main menu, click on Marketplace
Under Beyond Pricing logo, click on Show details
On the Integration setup page, you can see the property manager, the office and the properties connected.
Connect properties
Click on Edit
Office rule
You can decide to connect all or specific offices:
- Select All if you want to apply the integration to all offices under your account. You can then exclude specific offices from this rule. New offices will automatically be added to the integration.
- Select Specific if you want to apply the integration to selected offices only. All other offices will be excluded. New offices will not be added automatically.
Property rule
Depending on your office rule, you can then decide to connect all or specific properties:
- Select All if you want to apply the integration to all properties under your selected offices. You can exclude specific properties from the rule. New properties will automatically be added.
- Select Specific if you want to apply the integration to selected properties only under your selected offices. All other properties will be excluded. New properties will not be added automatically.
Click on save to connect the properties.
Disconnect properties
Click on Edit
You can decide to disconnect offices or properties just click on the cross to remove the ones you wish.
Click on save to disconnect the offices/properties.
Once a property is disconnected from Beyond Pricing, you must update prices in RentalReady.
In the property's calendar page, click on one date:
• In the pop-up window, click on the update the price tab
• Select dates from today to 01/01/2100
• Select the option 'Property Manager' computed price
• Click on update to save the changes
Manually Refreshing the Connection
When you activate a listing or made changes and do not want to wait for the next automatic synchronization cycle (which occurs approximately every 24 hours), you can manually refresh the connection.
To do so, from your Beyond account, go to Account > Settings > Account > Refresh. This will force RentalReady to pull the latest available information from the connected platform and can help retrieve newly activated listings or recent updates more quickly.
