Beyond Pricing is a trusted third party dynamic pricing tool that allows you to automate your pricing strategy, thanks to their advanced algorithm.
The prices are calculated based on the analysis of the listing and portfolio performance, compared to the market data. As a result, Beyond Pricing is able to set the best rates for your properties and can help to increase your occupancy rate and revenue.
Integration with RentalReady
You first have to create a Beyond Pricing account.
In the Beyond Pricing dashboard, click on link your account and search for RentalReady
If you don't find RentalReady in the list, follow these steps:
- Logout from your RentalReady account (both https://pms.rentalready.io and https://yourpersonalurl.rentalready.io)
- Reconnect to RentalReady using the link https://pms.rentalready.io
- Open the link https://v2.beyondpricing.com/login and log into Beyond Pricing using your account credentials
- In a new tab, copy-paste the link https://app.beyondpricing.com/dashboard/connect/channel/rentalready
- Press enter
If the account has been connected successfully, RentalReady will appear in Manage accounts > Accounts
You can now connect the properties you want to manage from BeyondPricing.
