How does it work?
Once your PriceLabs account is linked to your RentalReady account, and your properties are connected to PriceLabs, PriceLabs will replace the RentalReady native pricing algorithm, and will set the daily rates autonomously.
On your side, you will just have to set the base and minimum price at property level. RentalReady will transmit these values to PriceLabs, that will use to calculate the daily rates. These rates will be then imported back into the RentalReady property calendar.
NB: you can't set custom daily rates via the property calendar page if the daily rates are managed via PriceLabs
