The missing payments dashboard allows you to track guest payments that are unpaid or partially paid.
Identify missing payments
From the main menu, go to Finance > Missing Payments (beta)
You can find all missing payments from the dedicated dashboard.
You can use filters on top of the page to refine results
Manage missing payments
A tab for each reservation type allows you to efficiently manage missing payments:

Short-term
In this tab, you will find all missing payments for short-term reservations.
Due dates
The guest payment due date for short-term reservations is determined based on the guest’s arrival date:
| Guest arrival | Due date |
| Tomorrow | Today |
| Today or in the past | Overdue |
| After tomorrow | Future Date |

From the last column Actions, click on ...
You can:

Resend the payment link to the guest. The guest notification template associated with the PAYMENT trigger will be sent

Downpayments
In this tab, you will find all missing payments for partially paid short-term reservations.
Due dates
The guest payment due date for downpayment is determined based on the guest’s arrival date:
